Internet Explorer 9 - That is beautiful

Ie9_snap

I started using release candidate as soon as it was available for download.  Not the best experience but it was a early beta release and Microsoft had not yet worked the bugs out of their latest Browser version.  Many of us have had this experience with MS software but what happened next was truly extraordinary and very customer service oriented.

I was frustrated at one point and tweeted the following:

upgraded today and it is totally unreliable it has crashed 6 times - Seriously WTF - I turned off all add-ins

Very quickly a Softie replied to my tweet with the following:
RT @: did IE crash or the site? IE crash I had 3 tabs Posterous, Gmail, Bing open - IE has been real slow since I installed

Mark Feetham from Microsoft I take my hat off to you.  Not only did you respond within minutes you continued to correspond with me via email to make sure that I submitted a DXDiag.txt and identified exactly what I was experiencing.  Long story short, I am a happy IE9 user and vigorously endorse the latest browser from Microsoft.  This is a very fast, elegant and simplified product from the usually way to complicated, feature bloated Microsoft product offering.
